Questions about switching
Can I import my Zoho client list?
No, there is no import tool. Customers are added as you next invoice them. That rebuilds an active list quickly for a small trade and is a real cost if you have hundreds of clients.
Do I lose recurring invoices?
Yes. There is no automatic recurring billing here at all. You duplicate last month, change the date and send, which takes seconds per customer but is not unattended. If contracts currently bill themselves while you sleep, that is the strongest reason to stay.
What about the client portal?
There is no portal. Customers receive a PDF by WhatsApp or email and pay you however they already do. For domestic trade customers a portal is rarely used, and for commercial clients it can matter, so weigh it against who you actually invoice.
