Does it track how many sessions a client has left?
No, and that is worth being clear about. It invoices the block and records the payment, but it does not count sessions down as you deliver them. If session balances are central to how you run, you will still need a note or a separate tracker for that part.
Where should my cancellation policy go?
On the invoice the client keeps, not only in the conversation you had in week one. A single line stating the notice period and what happens without it settles the issue before it arises, and it reads as professional rather than defensive.
Can I bill monthly online coaching?
Yes, by duplicating last month and changing the dates, which takes seconds per client. There is no automatic recurring billing, so nothing charges anyone without you, and no card is stored anywhere.
Can I invoice a company for workplace sessions?
Yes. Save the business as the client, add their purchase order reference, and invoice on their terms. Corporate work usually pays on a run rather than on receipt, so the reference matters more than the wording.
Does it need a signal in the gym?
No. Invoices are created and stored on the phone, so a basement gym changes nothing. Anything created offline syncs later if you have signed in.
Which devices does it run on?
