These terms govern your use of Invoice Local. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
1. The service
Invoice Local is an application that lets you create, manage and share invoices and quotes. It is operated by Tap4order LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States (“we”, “us”). The app is free to download and use, with an optional paid Pro upgrade.
2. Your account and your data
You can use the app without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. The business and customer information you enter is your content; you own it and are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to store it. You are responsible for the correctness of any invoice, tax figure or total you send to your customers.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not use Invoice Local to create fraudulent invoices, to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
4. Pro subscription
Pro features are available through a paid upgrade purchased via Google Play. Billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Google under its terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account.
5. Intellectual property
The app itself, its design and its trademarks belong to us. These terms do not grant you any right to our branding beyond using the app as intended.
6. Disclaimer
Invoice Local is provided “as is”. It is a tool to help you produce invoices; it is not accounting, tax or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Backups
While we take care to protect data stored in your account, you are responsible for keeping your own records. We recommend using the account backup feature and exporting important invoices.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms over time. Significant changes will be notified in-app or by email. You may stop using the app at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
